Big Rock Brewery Inc. has appointed President and CEO David Kinder to its Board of Directors, effective August 12, 2026. The unanimous decision reflects the board’s confidence in Kinder’s 36 years of beverage industry experience and his strategic leadership since joining the company in January 2024.

CIBC said on August 20, 2026 that technology and artificial intelligence executive Prasanna Gopalakrishnan will join its Board of Directors effective September 1, 2026, bringing more than 30 years of leadership from ADP, Sky, Bank of America and Fidelity Investments.
